The Cyprus Shipping Deputy Ministry is pleased to announce that The 36 Group, a leading set of barristers' chambers in the UK, is launching offices in the heart of the shipping and finance district of cosmopolitan Limassol. This strategy acknowledges Cyprus’ position as a truly advanced, proactive and competitive maritime centre.
The 36 Group has recently acquired the specialist shipping outfit, Stone, and, with a growing demand for maritime legal services and consultancy in Cyprus, this is particularly good news for Cypriot lawyers as well as being beneficial for Cypriot clientele.
Antonis Protopapas, The Group’s Cyprus Business Development Consultant, and a finance and shipping expert, will lead the new initiative and team in Limassol, primarily working with law firms and other companies who require counsel within, or related to, the UK.
