On 20/3/2020, temporary arrangements were made by the Shipping Deputy Ministry, where among other measures, an extension of the safety certificates of coastal passenger vessels was provided until 15/06/2020.
By a new decision of the Shipping Deputy Ministry this period is extended until 30/9/2020 for all safety certificates expiring between 20/3/2020 and 29/9/2020.
Regardless of the above arrangement, if an owner wishes to renew the safety certificate of her/his vessel, he/she is kindly requested to inform the appointed Marine Surveyor in order to arrange the inspection of the vessel.
