Reporting Security Incidents

The Shipping Deputy Ministry strongly advises all ships to report security incidences to the SDM either by using the form available from the ICC-International Maritime Bureau or by using the ISPS Security Incident Report form as announced by Circular 4/2009. These forms must be forwarded to the dedicated email for maritime security: maritime.security@dms.gov.cy or by fax to +35725848200 and the Marine Surveyor on duty must also be notified on +357 99377988.
