1) With regard to the wheelmark:
- the formal non-conformity concerns the indicated batches only;
- a recall-letter was sent by the manufacturer to the concerned stakeholders on January 12nd, 2024;
- manufacturer confirmed full availability to replace the affected hoses with compliant product at no costs for the stakholders;
- factory printer was repaired;
- non compliant mark no longer imprinted.
2) As far as Declaration of Conformity (DoC) concerns:
- a review of editorial shortfalls was performed by the manufacturer;
- the DoC was aligned with the template agreed within ADCO MED and implemented accordingly;
- evidence was provided to the MSA on January 30th, 2024.
