1. Written application by a local lawyer acting on behalf of the registered owners.

2. Original or Certified Copy of the Resolution of Directors of the registered owners approving the deletion of a ship registered in the Register of Cyprus Ships.

3. Original Power of attorney of the registered owners appointing the person(s) to sign the Bill of Sale and other related forms and documents on behalf of the registered owners (duly executed).

4. Recent Certificate of Directors and Secretary (or similar document) of the registered owners.

5. Bill of Sale (duly executed).

6. Protocol of Delivery and Acceptance.

7. The Certificate of Cyprus Registry (M.S. 4) for cancellation, or a written undertaking tha the original Certificate will be deposited within 15 days.

8. Form M.S. 50.

9. Deletion Declaration (Form EN07F08)
