The plant was delivered in an inoperable condition. The macerator pump was blocked by welding beads.
The commissioning of the plant according to the manual was not possible. The actual plant showed countless deviations from the manual. The following are some examples:
1. The labelling of valves 3 and 4 is reversed.
2. According to the manual (chapter 6.2.8), the membrane pressure should be set with valve 14. However, valve 14 is a bypass valve of the UV system. The membrane pressure can be influenced with valve V13. The system does not have a pressure indicator to check the setting.
3. Overpressure test according to the manual is not possible.
4. Fault in the electrical system. Uninsulated live connections (expert opinion page 44) are a direct hazard. Missing splash water protection is also a direct danger in case of unplanned water contact.
5. The identification with the type plate is incomplete. The mandatory limitations in the areas of salinity, temperature, humidity, inclination and vibration are missing.
6. The start-up phase according to the manual (chapter 6.1.3) does not lead to a successful formation of activated sludge. The process description documented in the manual is so incomplete that a successful start-up phase is not possible. The gaps would have to be interpreted and closed individually by the customer for each plant.
7. The actual level of the sensors does not correspond to the levels in the drawing of the system.
8. in the case of aeration in the "breeding bacteria", individual level specifications cannot be achieved without violating other specifications.
9. a sludge funnel forms in the settling tank because the plant only has a single airlift in the middle of the settling chamber. Since there is no aeration of the settling chamber, the sludge is not swirled and dislodged from the chamber walls, but settles on the bottom of the chamber. As a result, the airlift can only suck in the sludge in the immediate vicinity of the airlift open
